– reduce the number of children and young people who have failed to achieve basic level of knowledge;
– achieve sustainable development in non-formal education;
– reducing inequalities in education;
– the development of non-formal education based on the world’s latest scientific achievements; promotion of innovation and creativity both in teaching and in mastering knowledge; improving knowledge and motivation for learning of children and youth;
– providing a safe and stimulating environment for learning, motivating children and young people to acquire knowledge, especially children and youth who come from socially endangered families, from minority ethnic groups and orphans;
– supporting the individual integration of children and youth with special needs;
– developing the basic knowledge, skills, competences and behaviors that students will use as a basis for more specific education, supporting evaluation methods that are focused on the individual development of each student individually;
– diagnosing the special educational needs of children and young people from socially endangered families, orphans and promoting measures to support their education;
– support non-formal education and its links with formal education in groups of children and youth from 6 to 15 years of age, with particular reference to groups that are within the limits of social, cultural and linguistic exclusion;
– development and inclusion of efficient activities in the educational process, which will direct students towards a healthy lifestyle;
– Support of advisory services directly in schools for the purpose of effective assistance to children and youth;
– Continuous improvement of the quality of counseling in primary schools, high schools and public institutions for care of children without parents.
